I think you're out of luck. To update the app requires you to have the same signing keys as the original version. Your best option is to just upload it remove the old version from the app world (not sure if it will let you submit the updated version or whether it will count as being too similar) and upload the updated version as a new app.
If earlier app you signed with key different then now, then might be you not able to upgrade or release new version. it happend to me also, for that only i pust the next release as aseperate app (Q File Explorer).
