Is the webloader activeX downloader for Java apps still supported in Windows IE?

I just tried it in Internet Exploer 9 but I keep getting the error message "Unable to create the loader Active X Control".

Yes, this still supports IE 9.  Did you deploy AxLoader.cab and set the MIME types for the cab file (if you aren't using IIS)?

Verify that your security settings in IE 9 are not blocking the ActiveX control.

Looks like it was an IE security issue.
