error: cannot connect to device

cnnot connect to ip error displays when i try to install the debug tokens in the device.

Are you able to ping the IP address of the BlackBerry?  Do you have any firewall or VPN software running that could be blocking the connection?

it shows 

reply from 192.168.43.2 : destination host unreachable

 

but all the bytes are received. data loss is 0%

Is the device connected to USB, WiFi or both?  Looking at the IP address is looks like WiFi.  Can you try using USB (and the 169.254.0.1 IP address)?
