Accessing external resources impossible with BlackBerry 10 / GET "url" NO_TRUSTED [native code]:1

I am developing a webapp using Phongap 3.4.

All is fine except when i tried to retrieve data (in json) from an url.

I tried differents things in the config.xml :

this :

<access origin="myURL" subdomains="true">
<feature id="blackberry.app">
<param name="websecurity" value="disable"/>

this :

<preference name="WebSecurity" value="disable"/>

this :

 <access uri="myURL" subdomains="true"/>

this :

 <access origin="myURL" subdomains="true"/>

this :

 <access origin="*"/>

this :

 <access uri="*"/>

On my Web Inspector, I got the following error :

  1. GET myURL NO_TRUSTED [native code]:1

 Someone can give me the reason of this message ? and a solution please.

Re: Accessing external resources impossible with BlackBerry 10 / GET "url" NO_TRUSTED [native code]:1

Hi there,

To advise on the config.xml setup, we'll need to know what myURL is. Without it, we can give some "best guess" advise. Such as making sure the formats (and protocols) are corerctly written. For example, if the URL you are trying to access is:

Your config.xml should contain an entry to white-list as follows:

<access origin="http://mydomain.com" subdomains="true" />

Also note that HTTP and HTTPS protocols must be white-listed separately.

Beyond that, it may actually be the server refusing the request. In the Network panel, you can investigate the details of the response to see if there is any indication for the refusal.

Sharing the code snippet of how the request is actually being made would help as well.

The other option is to use a known-working URL (i.e. https://cors-test.appspot.com/test) to ensure that the code is working properly. If that works, and your URL doesn't, it's likely something on the server-side.

Re: Accessing external resources impossible with BlackBerry 10 / GET "url" NO_TRUSTED [native code]:1

I am having a similar issue. I got the app to trust the secure service but when it challenges for a certificate I get a 403 and the follow log messages on the device log:

 CRITICAL CertMgrWrapper: certmgr_Init(): error 13

 CRITICAL CertMgrWrapper: unable to access new certmgr.

 INFO Server requested a client certificate

 INFO Client certificate requested but client certs not enabled

Any ideas?
