Re: BBW still dead - Loss of sales...

Tried it (read the initial post)

Guess what - it don't work (and I had to sign up with Scoreloop against my will)

Neither device

I hardly see a solution for new purchasers of a Z10mbeing sticking in a little leaflet that says - he're's how to hit BBW cos it's not broken anyway

Re: BBW still dead - Loss of sales...

I don't know what you did, but having to sign up with ScoreLook is definately not part of any instructions.

  • Did you see BlackBerryWorld listed in Music or Games?
  • When you touched Music > three dots > BlackBerry World, what happened?

You know, you're being quite difficult on this, I am trying to help you along. If you don't respond with specifics, how can anyone help you. If you're just in a bad mood, go kick someone else.

And yea, it could be down for you alone... cause if it were down all across the UK, the EMEA or worldwide, don't you think we'd be hearing some uproar?

Re: BBW still dead - Loss of sales...

I recommend using the autoload file on the dev alpha c and try again after that. It might work fine, this is how I fixed my Dev Alpha A

Re: BBW still dead - Loss of sales...

I feel like I'm going in circles

The General forum is stuffed with no BBW

We don't want a work around - we need the icon to work as advertized

End of convo

If you refuse to follow the RECOMMENDED by BLACKBERRY tech support fix, no one can help you.

(check the KB link I gave you above)

If you can't answer a question, no one can help you.

I don't understand why you're being like this. You can't even say thanks. sheez.

What apps do you sell in AppWorld?

Re: BBW still dead - Loss of sales...

The issue should be resolved for all users on production OS 10.0.10.x.  Without using the workaround, they'd be up and running ~6 hours after we resolved the issue.  BlackBerry Dev Alpha C or any user who upgraded to the 10.1 beta SDK OS release will take ~7 days for this issue to fully resolve from the time of our BlackBerry World server side fix.  Wiping the device and re-installing the OS will also fix it if you need to test before the 7 days are up.
