CSS: display:block?

Hi,

 

I am attempting my first mobile site for some Blackberry Pearl users here on campus. I am trying to get display:block css property to work but not having any success.

 

I am running BB v. 4.5.0 and Browser 4.5.0 with css enabled.

 

Checking the supported  css properties it says 4.3 or later?

 

I have tripled check the markup and it is fine.....works in the various desktop browsers I have tested.
