Can't generate debug token for bb10 - get java error

I used the blackberry-debugtokenrequest  (from the blakberry 10 sdk filepath) command to generate a debug token, and I get a java error message:

'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

I have previously set up signing keys for the blackberry tablet, and am using that keystore password.  I am using windows 7 os.  the debugtokenrequest I used was from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Research In Motion\BlackBerry 10 WebWorks SDK 1.0.4.7\dependencies\tools\bin.   Anyone know what's causing my problem?

blackberry-debugtokenrequest -storepass <KeystorePassword>
    -devicepin <device PIN> <debug_token_file_name.bar>

Seems like java is not on your PATH:

'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

operable program or batch file.

[ Edited ]

Thank you Erik!  I needed to add the java path to my PATH.

For those of you who are like me, and are not too saavy with windows 7 command line stuff, here is a good tutorial for adding your java path to your PATH:

Now I have a problem installing....I created a new post for that.

Re: Can't generate debug token for bb10 - get java error

Can you please let me know where and what you changed. I am having similar issue and I can't figure out. This is my first program and I don't know much about Java.. So, if you can help me with location and the change you did, it helps.
