Code signing key's

Hello

Few weks ago follow the mail : with subject

"BlackBerry Code Signing Registration Information" we registered everyhing acording to BlackBerry WidgetSDK. We recived mail with info:

"

Fwd: Successful Registration Request for Client "####'

"

From this time we are waiting for files whitch should be delived in separate mails. MOreover we also have no any answer from devsupport@rim.com.

I found this for you to read.

 

It contains this paragraph:

Note: Typically, keys are sent via email within 48 hours of submitting the necessary forms, but occasionally the process can take up to 10 business days. If you haven’t received your keys within 10 business days of submitting the registration form, contact BlackBerry support at 1-877-255-2377.

So i am trying to contact wit support under this adress several time i ahve onlu automatic response for my mails. Please adive.

Why not try to sign up again? the keys are free, so it doesn't really hurt to try again.
