Combo Box Control with Google Chrome and Ripple emulator

How can I use and conduct experiments to combo box control in bbUI through google chrome and ripple emulator? In google chrome I can not click on the combo box. Is there another way to do this?

Does anyone have the same trouble with me?

Bertho

Re: Combo Box Control with Google Chrome and Ripple emulator

Just check that the component you're using in bbui is available for the platform you're developing for.  Maybe you could tell us which platform you're targeting.  Some controls are bb10 specific and wont work on smartphone.

Re: Combo Box Control with Google Chrome and Ripple emulator

If you can provide a small sample app I could try, I'll see if I can get it working within Ripple.

BTW have you used the web inspector to check if there are any errors reported when you click on the combo?  Its possible somethings actually wrong with it.

Re: Combo Box Control with Google Chrome and Ripple emulator

Just curious how it performs on an actual device, or simulator?

Re: Combo Box Control with Google Chrome and Ripple emulator

When you're in Ripple and looking at your combo / dropdown, right click on the combo and select last menu -> Inspect Element.  Then of the tabs to choose from select the last one which says Console - thats where errors get displayed.
