I have a project that I want to compile for the Playbook. I am wondering how to do this. When I run this...
cd C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry WebWorks Packager for PlayBook\bbwp bbwp C:\Blackberry\myapp /o C:\Blackberry\myapp\build
[INFO] Parsing command line options [ERROR] Failed to find WebWorks archive
Looks like it is looking for a .zip file to compile? Everytime I change the application do I have to create a zip, compile it and then install it???

You have to first zip all the files that make up the app (inside the app dir so don't zip the app dir itself) and then call the bbwp command. I was a bit confused at first as well!
So my flow (on Mac OS X) is:
inside the app dir:
zip -r sc.zip *
~/bbwp/bbwp sc.zip /o compiled
which results in a file 'sc.bar' insize appdir/compiled
Hope this helps!
