Do i need Cordrova Phonegap for full access to native APIs, or is WebWorks enough

Define "full". I question weather PhoneGap can deliver that.

What APIs are you interested in specificly?

Its just a general question, I know Phonegap doesnt provide access to all Blackberry APIs, but i really dont know about webworks

You are familiar with the PhoneGap feature matrix? Seems to cover most APIs of WebWorks. They are described here.

 

Alas in that matrix there's no column for the BB7, BB10 and PlayBook platforms. I know for a fact that the PlayBook does have a compass, but I don't know weather you can access that through PhoneGap.

WebWorks is enough. Cordova is only useful if you want to release your app on other platforms.
