To confirm, you selected Simulate --> GPS Location, and then selected one of the Locations from the drop-down box (or entered your own) and clicked 'Close'?
If so, the next step is to confirm that the OS is receiving that simulated GPS location. To do this, return to the home screen, open the 'Options' appliation and click on the "Device" sub menu. You will then see a "Location Settings" option. Open this. Do you see GPS coordinates listed within the "GPS location setting"? If not, open the menu using the BlackBerry menu button, and select 'refresh GPS'.
Once this is done, save this option and try your sample again
