Re: Error MyApp: Module 'MyApp' attempts to access a secure API."

When the COD file is created, in the same folder should be a CSL file. Can you please open that with a text editor and paste the contents here? That should tell us exactly which signatures are required.

The image above does seem to indicate everything is okay though...

If you like, feel free to email me the COD, CSO, and CSL files and I can inspect them directly (eoros@blackberry.com). Unfortunately off the top of my head, I can't quite thing of what the issue may be.

One potential cause is that I do know between 5.0 and 6.0 there were some APIs that were rolled up into the same package, eliminating the need for code signing with previous keys on the newer OS versions. However the older OS versions would still require those keys. I'm a bit fuzzy on the details as that was a while back, but I'll ask some of the code signing gurus around here in the meantime.

Thanks, taking a look into this now.

EDIT: Seems there was a mixup in the COD files that were submitted. The subsequent COD file that was tested was fully signed.

Hi Deepak, I've followed-up via email. In short, it appears that all the required signatures have been signed.

There could potentially be a need to sign with RCC as well. But if you can confirm your JDE (BlackBerry JDE vs. Eclipse) and the full library version you are using (i.e. BlackBerry JDE 6.0 vs. Eclipse with BlackBerry Plugin 6.0.0.43) then that might shed some light on this.
