Error - the specified http method is not supported

Hi there!

I'm working around App like a browser using BrowserField to load a specific site like "http://www.mycompany .com/BBApp"

This site has a <iframe> refreshing every 20 seconds until the process is done!, but the problem is, when the <iframe> do refresh or submit the <ifrmae>, display de error " the specifiedhttp method is not supported"

I'm testing the application on BlackBerry Bold 8520 and the BlackBerry project I'm using JRE 5.0

BB Code

BrowserFieldConfig myBrowserFieldConfig = new BrowserFieldConfig();

myBrowserFieldConfig.setProperty(BrowserFieldConfig.ALLOW_CS_XHR, Boolean.TRUE);

    myBrowserFieldConfig.setProperty(BrowserFieldConfig.NAVIGATION_MODE,BrowserFieldConfig.NAVIGATION_MODE_POINTER);

myBrowserFieldConfig.setProperty(BrowserFieldConfig.JAVASCRIPT_ENABLED, Boolean.TRUE);

browserField = new BrowserField(myBrowserFieldConfig);

browserField.requestContent(sURL);

HTML Code from server site

Main HTML

<html>

<head>

</head>

<body>

<h2>Wait....</h2>

<br/>

<iframe src="www.mycompany.com/dowork.aspx" frameborder="0"></iframe>

<br/>

</body>

</html>

CODE for dowork.aspx

<html>

<head>

<title></title>

<link  href="../Content/iframe.css"rel="stylesheet"type="text/css"/>

</head>

<scripttype="text/javascript">

 function reloadPage()  {

     if (document.getElementById("A").value=='0') {

         var url = document.getElementById("URL").value + '?B=' + document.getElementById("B").value;

         window.location.href = url;

         // or in form case

         //document.forms[0].submit()

     }

}

setTimeout( reloadPage, 20000);

 </script>

 <body>

Show result

</body>

</html>

Any suggestion or idea to do something similar?

Thank a lot!

Re: Error - the specified http method is not supported

There is a possiblity that his might be due to the protocal not given in <iframe src="www.mycompany.com/dowork.aspx" frameborder="0"></iframe>.

Try changing the src to http://www.mycompany.com/dowork.aspx

Re: Error - the specified http method is not supported

Thank for the answer.

I did the test, but is not the solution

In fact, when the error occurs, displays the complete URL (http://....) and message "the specified http method is not supported"
