File Bundle Rejected

Hello, my file bundle got rejected, it says File bundle (multiapp.bar) has been rejected. Package ID is required for all .bar file. If this is an upgrade, Package ID must match Package ID in original file bundle. It was an upgrade, I had to change signing keys, so the Package ID is different, is there any solution to this problem, so I can upgrade this app. Thanks for your help.

Re: File Bundle Rejected

You will need to contact BlackBerry App World vendor support to get them to reset your package ID.

Just be aware of this, caused by changing code signing keys.

Application Upgrade Appears as a New Separate Application

Re: File Bundle Rejected

I experienced the same with ant/phonegap for Playbook app.
somehow the name gets knocked out at build time.
Appworld showed me what they see at their end. it's frustrating since the property file and xml is set and left alone.
'thx' toJordan in AppWorld for his efforts in resolving this build error.

Re: File Bundle Rejected

Did you change signing keys? If so follow MSohm'sadvice in this post http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Web-and-WebWorks-Development/File-Bundle-Rejected/m-p/1949323...

Did you name the ZIP file exactly the same when packaging? If not have a look at this thread http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Web-and-WebWorks-Development/Error-Bundle-rejected-while-uplo...

Hopefully one of those two solves it for you.
