Find out device RAM

Hello,

 

I'm developing an application that has a feature a bit heavy for some devices. I tested in a Curve 9300 with 256MB and it crashes, but tested in a 9800 with 512MB and it works fine.

 

Thus I would like to know, using WebWorks and Phonegap, how do I programmatically know how much RAM does the device have, in order to enable or disable this feature?
