Getting an Error message when signing.

Oh Snap! Build request failed with message: [ERROR] Error: Certificate chain not found for: RDK. RDK must reference a valid KeyStore key entry containing a private key and corresponding public key certificate chain.

This is the error I'm getting. Any help?

Thanks,

jack

Re: Getting an Error message when signing.

Did you manually move around certificates? I'd suggest you order a new pair of signing keys and follow the documented steps again.

Ripple should be fine then...

Re: Getting an Error message when signing.

Looks like the keys are missing.

I'd try the process over again: https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/signing_setup_bb10_apps_2008396_11.html
