HELP Vista 64 bit Visual Studio 2008 -- plugin for web dev

I downloaded the plugin and installed it. After I pick the Blackberry browser ...

When I try to run it says Message Queing is nt installed on this device ...

Will this work on Vista 64 ?? How about Vista 32 ...

Also, I tried to download and run the MDS email simulator and it keeps complaining

I have no Java. but I have the latest java ...

Is there a simple step by step ( with all the requirements )

1- get the Visual Studio plug in working

2 -  get a simulator with the ability to make a a HTTP request

TY for anyone taking time to help

If you are using the Visual Studio plug-in you do not need to download and run the MDS Simulator.  The plug-in will run it for you in the background every time you run/debug your application.  This will provide connectivity for the simulator.

Running another instance of the MDS Simulator can lead to port clashes.
