Accepted Solution

HTML5 WebSocket

Hi,

Did anyone manage to implement HTML5 WebSocket into a WebWorks based App for OS 6+ ?

Fallback solution would be accepted as well!

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

M.

Re: HTML5 WebSocket

It appears to work exactly the same way, but uses AIR instead of Java. Yay, another language to learn :smileysad:

Re: HTML5 WebSocket

I wonder if your original issue would have been resolved by moving your application to use port 443 as recommended here: https://github.com/LearnBoost/socket.io/wiki/Socket.IO-and-firewall-software
