Look for a download called the MDS-CS. You need to run it before launching the simulator.

 I have run MDS-CS before the Simulator started. But when i try to access Web url like 'http://www.google.com' it displaying the error message "HTTP Error 400: Bad Request.. The server could not understand the page request...."
