Web and WebWorks Development

I've had an app released on the Webworks Tablet platform that uses GPS. I want to release it on the Webworks non-tablet platform. I can see how to do this technically, but I suspect that when I release it to the App store then it's going to ask me which devices it is for. How can I find out which non-tablet devices support GPS?

Or is the store clever enough not to offer my app to devices which don't have GPS support?

All the devices that run WebWorks apps also have GPS. It's been a really long time since we released devices without GPS, so this is pretty much a non-issue.
