For people not wanting to wait for a new installer, you can just extract the files from the SDK exe file.

Open the file with WinRAR

Extract
InstallerData\Disk1\InstData\Resource1.zip
to a new folder

In that extracted folder, go to
$IA_PROJECT_DIR$\target

Copy installdata to a new location and name it BB10SDK

Extract installdata_3d6dde3aa899_zg_ia_sf.jar to your newly created BB10SDK folder
