My Device: Playbook Simulator

How to test Web application on Playbook Simulator?

Hi, everybody.

I hope you can help me with my question.

I've made a simple application which use HTTPService.

My question is in this part:

<fx:Script>
    <![CDATA[
        import mx.rpc.events.ResultEvent;
	import mx.rpc.events.FaultEvent;

	public function handlePlain(event:ResultEvent):void
	{
	    shippingOptions.text = event.result.toString();
	}

	public function handleFault(event:FaultEvent):void
	{
	    shippingOptions.text = event.fault.faultString;
	}

    ]]>
</fx:Script>

<fx:Declarations>

    <s:HTTPService
        result="handlePlain(event);"
	fault="handleFault(event);"
	id="plainRPC"
	resultFormat="text"
	url="http://examples.adobe.com/flex3/exchangingdata/text/plainHttpService.php"
	useProxy="false">

        <mx:request xmlns="">
	    <zipcode>
		{zipcode.text}
	    </zipcode>
	    <pounds>
		{weight.text}
	    </pounds>
	</mx:request>

    </s:HTTPService>

</fx:Declarations>

When I run my app "on Desktop" (device to simulate is BlackBerry Playbook) - everything is Ok.

But when I change my configuration to run app "on Device" - I have "HTTP request error" as a result.

Can I run my application on Playbook SIMULATOR (sorry for Caps, but it is important word :smileyhappy: )?

And if I can - what I'm doing wrong?

Additional info:

1. VMware network is bridged

2. I have no problems with connection between Flex Builder (I use Burrito) and simulator

3. I work on Windows XP

Thank you
