Hi Guys,
I have created a website that I have set up on a server in my home network.
The site is accessible when viewed from my pc webrowser using the routers external ip and a forwarded port number. However when I try to access the site from my blackberry smart phone I get Http error 504: Gateway timeout.
The Url is as folllows:
http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:YY/MobileSMS3/
Where the X's are replaced by my Routers external IP and the Y's are replaced by the Port number that has been forwarded to the router
Any help would be appreciated.
The server is connected to a switch that is connected to a router.
I have forwarded a port to the router and set up an exception with my servers firewall. Although I have also tested it with both the antivirus firewall and windows firewall turned off.
The server is running Windows Server 2003
Regards,
Iain

it is due to your firewall has got a proxy setting which is blocking your response.there is no problem with your request.
