I have finally managed to get the Ripple Emulator running with the Ripple Web Services. The App is a PhoneGap / Cordova application that will require a small handful of plugins to access native BB features.

It appears that something is going on where I cannot actually run any plugins against the ripple emulator. 

Is there something I can do to make this work?

When I attempt to run the "barcode scanner" plugin I get "missing exec" in the console log

This ticket in Github seems to indicate that I HAZ CHEEZEBURGER is considered a "High Severity" issue but is currently a feature in development.
