and In my zip file of application I have the follwoing folders
4 PNG images
The folder realtime-nitifications consist of folders "examples" and "src" and ReadMe .md file same as the
original "pusher-html5-realtime-push-notifications-c61b0e1" folder from github

The tools are not compatible with JDK7. You will need to install JDK6 and it must be the 32-bit version.
If you have multiple versions of the JDK, you can modify bbwp.properties in the bin subfolder of your WebWorks SDK to include the following:
<java>C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jdk1.6.0_31</java>
You would update the JDK version to match your own, but note that it is referencing Program Files (x86); the 32-bit installations path. This way you can have multiple JDKs if you require, but the bbwp command should reference the appropriate JDK.
In short, it must be JDK6 and it must be 32-bit.

Thank You Orso Now my problem got fixed after making the changes as said by you.
Now Iam able to build and package and sign the application too.
