Information to include when posting to the Browser Development forum

In order to help other forum members understand your issue, please provide as much detailed information about the problem, including the following:

1. The BlackBerry handheld software version and BlackBerry model you are testing with (or simulating). You can find this information under Options, About.

2. The type of browser you are seeing the problem in. This could be the BlackBerry Browser (using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server), Internet Browser (using the BlackBerry Internet Service) or WAP Browser (using the carrier's WAP gateway). You can see the current browser setting under Options, Advanced Options, About. If you are using a WAP Browser please also include your carrier.

3. The source of the web content or a link to an example page that can reproduce or demonstrate the problem.

4. The exact error, exception or behaviour you are experiencing. Try to avoid statements like "it doesn't work".

You can find an appendix of supported web content in the BlackBerry Browser - Content Developer Guide that is found here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/docs/subcategories/?userType=21&category=BlackBerry+Browser
