Thanks, but again, I am behind an NTLM proxy, and I don't think the request is getting through. I'm looking at the config.ini for ripple. How can I manually configure it to use my application from a local directory?

I'll get the team looking at the proxy side of things..
The config.ini URL points to the UI of the Ripple tooling. It connects to the server to pull down the UI of the tooling and then uses HTML5 App Cache so that you can use the tooling offline.
Is the UI of the tooling not loading? Or is your app inside of the tooling using a local URL not loading?
I just want to make sure I'm clear on the issue.

I am having the same issue with Ripple 0.9.0.1 for Windows. I have downloaded it successfully and installed it. When I open Ripple I see a blank, white screen. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!

Make sure you're connected to the Internet, otherwise make sure the application has access to the Internet through any firewalls.
You'd think the application would let you know...

Are you on a LAN with a Proxy server?

Thanks for the quick response.
Yes I am able to connect to the internet. And yes I am going through a Proxy server. Is there a specific configuration needed? Maybe there are some setup steps that I missed?

Hi Tim,
What configuration is needed?
Thanks!

The Ripple Beta doesn't support Proxy account logins at the moment.. You would need your network admin to open up the following URLs in the Proxy server for you.
