JavaScript and HTML table default support?

My understanding is that JavaScript support is disabled by default for most (all?) Blackberry devices.

Does anyone know which Blackberry devices, if any, support HTML tables by default?

Thanks,

Joshua

Re: JavaScript and HTML table default support?

JavaScript was disabled by default in versions of the BlackBerry Device Software prior to 4.6. Beginning with 4.6 (it may be 4.5, I can't remember right now) it is on by default.

Take a look at the Browser Content Developer guides available in the documentation area at www.blackberry.com/developers - it lists which features came in which versions of the browser. Depending on how you look at it, tables have been supportedsince Device Software 3.8 (some people call that 4.0, it's a long story). Unfortunately, tables are turned off by default as well on many Device Software versions.
