Keep Calm and Ripple On

Hello all,

I was hoping to get some community feedback on the Ripple "Don't Panic" KB here:

http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Web-and-WebWorks-Development/Solution-Ripple-Launch-is-Interr...

I'f you're stuck in a vicious "Don't Panic" cycle, and the recommendations in the KB don't solve your issue, can you please post here and let me know? The hope is to expand the article to cover any missed cases.

I experience 4 steps to get the latest version of ripple up on the screen. previous version was perfect.

here is my ritual every time i fire up chrome:

1. Picard boldly goes dos window appears but no ripple

2. open up mission control and click enable

3. another screen appears and I select Blackberry 10 Webworks

4. ripple appears

Smooth sailing from here on.
