Max upload size for portathon BB10 Apps?

I'd like to upload BB10 apps for the Playbook and phone device during the portathon, compiled using WebWorks.

 

Is there a max limit on filesize for the tablet and phone?

 

My current video app with embedded video is 185Mb. I can remove all video assets but then it won't be offline capable. Advice or info on size of max upload?
