I'm sure you googled this like I did.  Everything seemed to point to the config file having some error.

I'm also curious to see the ripple output BEFORE the compile.  When you load your app in ripple using the 9910 port - does it show you the web pages an images loading with status 200?

Are there any errors in your app?

Have you included the webworks.js in your bb10 app?

Do you have correct signing keys for bb10?

All questions that came to mind for solving this...

Alright it has been fixed.  So just so people will know for the future what I had to do was go into the Research In Motion\BlackBerry 10 WebWorks SDK\dependencies\node folder and set the node.exe so it always runs in administrator mode.
