On an 9870, where is the SQLite db file?

[ Edited ]

I would like to manually delete the SQLite db file that my Webworks application has created on a 9870 device (6.0.0.666). Problem is I can't find it. I can on a 9900 no problem.

I am not sure where the database is created and stored. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a way to explicitly set where it is stored?

Thanks!

No, this is handled by the underlying Web platform.

Look in the following location:

\\BlackBerry\system\appdata\rim\<yourappname>

Do you have an SDCard on your 9870 / 9900 ? If so, it may have been saved there.

Your app doesn't work? Use BlackBerry remote web inspector to find out why.

Just thought I would mention that the files were actually hidden which is why I couldn't find them.

To show hidden files:

1)      Start Media then select “Explore” in the Menu

2)      Select “Show Hidden” in the Menu

3)      Navigate to  /Device/BlackBerry/system/appdata/rim/Webstorage/
