Open browser window in phonegap app

How can I open browser window from my phonegap app? I use jquery mobile for app logic and phonegap build for make the app, I don't use webworks API. Thanks!

I believe most phonegap developers use a child-browser plugin like this one: https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugins/tree/master/BlackBerry/ChildBrowser
