Hello,
you have created the directory for the SD card and started the emulator with this path?

Hello,
Yes, I selected in Simulator Menu Simulate/Change SD Card and created path:
C:\Program Files\Research in Motion\BlackBerry Smartphone Simulators 4.6.0\4.6.0.148 (8220)\sdcard.
Then I wrote in browser line "file///sdcard/myfile.html".

I can't find Explore in menu. I use BlackBerry 8220 Simulator. Explain me, please more detailed how can I do it?
Also in my simulator I can't use mouse on the simulator's screen. Is it right?

To explore folders on the BlackBerry open the Media application and select Explore from the menu.
Only the BlackBerry Storm supports mouse clicks on its screen (it is the only current touch screen BlackBerry). You can click on keys on any BlackBerry Simulator.

Yes, I found it. But I don't see any files there. I set Card path :"C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Smartphone Simulators 4.6.0\4.6.0.148 (8220)\sdcard\".
And in Explore I checked Media Card/BlackBerry/documents... and before it I copied my.html to
"C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Smartphone Simulators 4.6.0\4.6.0.148 (8220)\sdcard\BlackBerry\documents\"
What I did wrong?

Those steps sound valid. Did you copy the file before launching the BlackBerry Simulator?
This could be a Windows permission issue. Can you try pointing the simulated micro SD card to a different directory outside of the Program Files directory? Possibly under your My Documents folder.
