Ah, the search-function finally started working (kept getting an error), and I managed to find this:

"What type of applications can I sell on BlackBerry App World?
At this time, any applications that can be packaged as a cod file (using the BlackBerry® Java® Development Environment (BlackBerry JDE), BlackBerry® JDE Plug-in for Eclipse™ and BlackBerry JDE component package)."
This appears to mean that no web applications are distributable on App World. Bummer

You can "distribute" Web Apps on App World, but by the way the put it Im guessing it only applies to free web apps.
"Can I distribute web applications?
Yes, it’s possible to promote and distribute web-based content services for BlackBerry smartphones, provided you offer a web icon application to be distributed on BlackBerry App World."
