PlayBook WebWorks using Adobe AIR elements

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any option to use elements like button, label or anything which can be done through Adobe AIR in WebWorks. For example, I have a button in Adobe AIR application which on clicking shows an alert message. Is it possible to include this same button in my WebWorks app? Can anything of this be done using extensions?

You aren't able to Embed AIR controls into a web page in your WebWorks application.  You "can" embed a standard Flash swf file in an <object> tag in your web page, but it will only support the Flash APIs and not any specific AIR APIs.

If you are looking to gain the AIR look and feel you may want to check out the work going on here:

There is a way to extend down into AIR, but embedding the AIR UI into your web page is not possible
