Thanks for all the replies. I got it to work by uninstalling all of the Ripple, all SDKs, Chrome and I deleted the RippleSites folder related files and restarting my computer. I had to turn off Norton's Antivirus and firewall because it was stopping npRippleBD.dll when installing Ripple Emulator extension because Norton blocked it from installing.
Then I reinstalled Chrome, Ripple and then BlackBerry WebWorks SDK 18.104.22.168 and everything worked!

Can you please check Option #1 in the following KB article?
Specifically, can you confirm that you have:
1) Permitted the Ripple extension to access your filesystem; and
2) Added the --allow-file-access-from-files parameter to your Chrome shortcut.
For (2), I would recommend creating a new shortcut on your desktop for Chrome.exe. The reason here is that the shortcut on the Windows toolbar doesn't behave exactly like a shortcut always, and sometimes will ignore the parameter.
Once you've completed (1) and (2), can you also please confirm that your Ripple Version is 0.9.16? Specifically, you need to download Ripple from the BlackBerry microsite here:
Not from the Chrome store.

That correct with the --allow-file-access-from-files parameter.
Can you post a screenshot of the error you're seeing? Also, can you please confirm which version of Ripple is installed? (Under your Chrome Extensions.)
