Re: Push Service Registration returns rc=10011

My client is using a blackberry linked to his own BES. He wants to install our application (so via BIS).

I sent him the application but he can't register. Error : rc10011.

Any idea ?

Thanks

Re: Push Service Registration returns rc=10011

I found the solution.

rc=10011 means "A required parameter was missing from the subscription request."

1) I had to remove ";deviceside=false;ConnectionType=mds-pub***"; from my request. It's very strange, I know. I remember I'm talking about a BES-enabled device which try to use an application via BIS.

2) I had to change the order of the Network Transport in the config.xml.

I put BIS-B in first. Then I have MDS.

I can now register to the BIS even if my device is registered in my BES.
