Throw all of your html and config.xml into a normal zip file and simply run bbwp.exe widget.zip. The tool itself will tell you the possible options.

ok so if I am using the command line to now package my app does that mean my signing keys are no good? 

Do I have to get new signing keys and install them since I was signing my app in visual studio?
