Simulator not installing

Hi, just getting started w/BB - Cant wait!!

 

I tried installing the simulator into the VM.  All I get is the EULA.  I scroll to the bottom and type 'Y", then the enter key.  It then it says to press Enter to reboot and I do so but the Simulator starts back at the EULA again.  Never had such trouble befor with an Emulator. I reinstalled everything with no prevail.  Any suggestions?

Figgured it out - F2 to install - That needs to be clarified in the docs.  I just happened to see it 'flash' on the screen for a mSec.
