Test on a real deivce: Better way?

I use visual studio. When it is time to test on a real device.  I must"

1. Build and Sign my package

2. Shut down V.S.

3. Start up Blackberry Desktop software

4. Import my files

5.Apply my files

6. Test my app on my live device

To test AGAIN

7. Delete my app

8. Hard Reboot my Phone (8 minutes currently) curve 9330 6.0

9 Start back at step one.

Ok I can do that  but with my droid I just leave the phone connected and just hit run and it runs right on the phone instead of a simulator.

Is there an easier way of test on a live device?  as of now once Im done with my changes it takes 12 minutes to try it on a live device.  That does not seem right to me.   What am I missing?

no, you need to sign and reboot the phone ALWAYS. you can use javaloader to load app on the device instead of BBdesktop

One option for a webwrks app is to put your web content remotely (either on a server or the SD card). This way you do not have to re-compile the app or reset the device ever, you can simply change the content and re-launch the app.
