Hi Adam,

 

Another issue I noticed is when trying to Zoom In/Out using Google Maps Javascript API the entire Playbook screen flickers. This was not happening prior to OS 2.0.

 

I have created a JIRA ticket for this issue:

Looks like it could be related to the events system. Very noticeable for the html5 sketchpad sample application. Raised the following issue:https://www.blackberry.com/jira/browse/TABLET-513.

Good news, the ticket I opened was updated earlier today with this status:

 

"Fixed internally. Will be merged into a future branch."

 

Thanks RIM for the fast response, I look forward to seeing the update.

FYI - 2.0.1 seems to have greatly improved performance of jQuery Mobile WebWorks apps... My app is usable again, in fact it feels faster than ever. Nice work on the fix, RIM!
