Webworks Widget - Accessing Javascript API

I would like to access the Calendar function from my webworks widget. I need some sample scripts to access device functions like Calendar, Address Books etc from the widget. Thanks.

Re: Webworks Widget - Accessing Javascript API

Hi there,

If you are looking to do this on a BlackBerry smartphone then you're in luck :smileyhappy:  On the PlayBook there isn't programatic access to the Personal Information Managment data.

You can find all the APIs you are looking for here:

http://www.blackberry.com/developers/docs/widgetapi/

You will be interested in the PIM APIs.  The Appointment object is the one you would use to access the calendar.

Re: Webworks Widget - Accessing Javascript API

Each API has expandable "Code Example(s)" at the top of each API document page.  Is there a specific scenario you are looking for that is not covered in the API examples?
