I was actually up when the deadline for the freebie passed - and in the UK that's 5AM
After a week of exhuastion (2 - 3 hours a night) my initial rush was over
Today I went to my Vendor account - I wanna make POSITIVE - that I'm getting my Playbook
It seems - they changed the date of my acceptance (as in the portal)
Without using bad words (is **bleep** a bad word?) - how do they expect us to trust them?
The worst thing is that I had all my friends tooled-up for astounding new (bad word)

It would probably have been better to first take this up with RIM rather than posting a rant in this forum.
Also, this promotion has been running for what? Four months or so. Tons of people got their app in and are getting a free PlayBook as promised.
Not sure why people think they can come in at the very last minute and then expect RIM to care when something messes up.
just my 2 cents of course but hey...
