error during compilling

when i want to compile my program in ripple it makes the .zip but it  doesnt make the .bar file

when i try to compile it mannualy in the sdk i get this error

 

can somwane tell me what to do so i can compile the program

It happens because config.xml file contains characters that aren't UTF-8. Eliminate those and you shouldn't see that error.
