Hulu, just like youTube or DailyMotion, relies on Adobe Flash technologies. So It won't be available on BlackBerry devices through the browser anytime soon. But you can contact Hulu and ask them if they will so the same as what Youtube did (create a specific Java application that can stream the video into the device). But it's not web development anymore, it's plain old Java technologies.
