my.blackberry.com problem

Hi, If this is in the wrong

place can a mod move it to the correct place :smileyhappy:

 

Basically i signed upto my.blackberry.com and i never recieved a email verification thing, so then ive been trying to login in for the past few days and it says it doesnt reognize it. SO today ive done 2 password recovery things and i changed them then it still doesnt let me login saying its not a valid username or password,

 

so im confused as it sends me the link to change my password please help,

Check your junkmail or spam folders.

nothing is in that folder and i have kept my junk/spam mail for the last few days

and checked over it.

Can you register with a different email address and try the whole process again?

 

This forum doesn't administer the myblackberry site, there is really no interaction between the two. You would need to see the help or contract links at that site for assistance on issues there.

yeah i could but it means making another email address :/

 

oh right thats strange as they are both part of blackberry.com thought they

would there is no help links or contact at my.blackberry.com for me to get in contact with them
