It is 0.9.16 which is the latest one I downloaded from http://developer.blackberry.com/html5/download/.

Our web team has just confirmed that the heroku server is having service issues. They are working on resolving this ASAP.

Update: There will be an update rolling out any time. Keep an eye on Chrome/Ripple and update when prompted.

I downloaded 0.9.17, but still got

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://rippleapi.herokuapp.com/xhr_proxy?tinyhippos_apikey=ABC&tinyhippos_rurl=myurl. Origin http://localhost:9910 is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.

That particular error is just Chrome blocking access to another domain.

 

Are you running Ripple in Chrome's incognito mode? Another thing you can always do is disable web-security in Chrome for testing. This will actually allow you to do a lot more testing in the browser.

 

To do this, just close Chrome and run it with the --disable-web-security flag
