Last year when I got my new devise, I was told by BlackBerry support that the did not have an agreement with google so I could not sync my devise with my google calendar.  I changed everything over to Microsoft and it works fine except for the fact that we use google as out email provider and using google calendar would be pretty handy if I could get it to work.  Does anyone have any ideas? thanks

Go to http://m.google.com/sync with you Blackberry and install GoogleSync.  After installation, you just need to log in and configure your preferences.

Well, they lied. The Google Calendar Sync for BlackBerry is available since december 2007 :

what we are currently talking about is Google servers versus your BlackBerry device. No PC/Mac is involved here.
